PC PLOD : its going to take a lot of six pences to get you out of this my boy.....

Im just getting sick of all the boy racers in my area at the moment they think it funny to cause all the trouble they have and locally quite a few people have lost there lifes due to them

anyway some people may hate this some may like it either way
